Bingtrip Terms & Conditions

The BINGTRIP Global Air Ticket Intelligent Distribution System is a platform independently developed, managed, and operated by BINGTRIP using integrated access technologies. This platform dynamically connects to and acts on behalf of service providers (including but not limited to airline carriers, multiple GDS international distribution systems, and peer suppliers) to provide a travel product booking system. BINGTRIP PTE. LTD owns all intellectual property rights to the technology and software of the BINGTRIP Global Air Ticket Intelligent Distribution Cloud System. Hereinafter referred to as "our company" or "the Platform".

If you (or "User") complete the registration process, it means that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the entire content of this Agreement, have reached a consensus with our company, and become a registered "User" of the BINGTRIP International Platform. If you do not agree with any of the following content, please stop accessing or using this website or any related services provided by any other application or software immediately.

I. Definitions 1. Platform: Refers to the BINGTRIP Global Air Ticket Intelligent Distribution System, a platform independently researched and developed by Party A using integrated access technologies. This platform "dynamically and directly connects to and represents" the booking systems of service providers (including but not limited to carriers, multiple GDS international distribution systems, and peer suppliers), enabling Party B to self-service search, book, issue tickets, refund, change, endorse, and manage orders for air tickets, ancillary airline products (such as baggage, seats, in-flight meals, in-flight WiFi, airport lounge services, etc.), and other travel products (specific functions are subject to actual circumstances). Party A, on behalf of its holding company and its affiliate BINGTRIP PTE. LTD, owns all intellectual property rights to the technology and software of the BINGTRIP Global Air Ticket Intelligent Distribution Cloud System.

2. Supplier: Refers to the entity that provides air ticket resource information to the BINGTRIP International Platform and displays it on the platform for platform Purchasers to procure (our company operates on a model of being both a supplier and a platform distributor).

3. Purchaser: Refers to the entity that, by registering and becoming a platform user, subscribes to or procures air tickets in accordance with the platform's "BINGTRIP International Air Ticket Platform Procurement Guidelines".

4. Ticket Agent: Refers to the collective term for Suppliers and Purchasers.

5. ADM Fine: Refers to the IATA uniform format "BSP/Agent Debit Memo" issued by an airline (i.e., carrier) to a ticket agent for non-compliant ticketing (Note: based on the airline's own determination standards, which the BINGTRIP International Platform has no authority to interfere with), commonly known as an "ADM Fine" in the industry, presented in PDF electronic format.

6. Hidden City Ticketing / Throwaway Ticketing: Refers to the User's act of purchasing tickets that do not match the passenger's actual itinerary for the purpose of obtaining lower-priced tickets, such as booking round-trip tickets but only using part of the ticket coupons without the passenger's knowledge or through guided sales practices.

7. Pulling and stealing seats, refers to the users deliberate behavior based on the logic and layout of GDS, using improper channels or ways to obtain a seat that does not exist.

8. Churning / Point Beyond / Back-to-Back Ticketing: Refers to the User maliciously exploiting low fare classes intended for promotion by airlines on specific origin/destination routes, based on the logical layout of various GDS systems, using various methods to break the married segment bundling logic / using passive segments to book flights / generating any logically infeasible itinerary through malicious means / using improper booking practices to obtain seats, etc., in order to obtain low fare classes for one or multiple segments for separate sale or/and combination with other origins/destinations for low-fare class sales.

9. Loss: Refers to all direct or indirect losses caused to the Platform by the non-compliant actions of BINGTRIP International Platform users, including but not limited to various penalties or ADM fines imposed on the BINGTRIP International Platform by airlines due to user non-compliant actions, complaints or lawsuits against the BINGTRIP International Platform by passengers, penalties or fines imposed on the Platform by relevant government departments, as well as the Platform's costs for legal fees, litigation costs, appraisal fees, notarization fees, and the Platform's expected loss of profits, etc.

10. BINGTRIP, "We", "Our": Refers to Bingtrip PTE. LTD (Registered address: 60 Paya Lebar Road #11-53 Paya Lebar Square Singapore 409051) and its wholly-owned subsidiary Bingtrip Limited (Registered address: FLAT/RM 2100 21/F 33 WYNDHAM STREET CENTRAL HK).

II. General Provisions of the Agreement 1. The content of this Agreement includes the main body of the Agreement and other various rules already published or to be published in the future by the BINGTRIP International Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, legal terms, Procurement Guidelines, Procurement Agreements, and other agreements, terms, rules, or work guidelines. All bookings require full payment at the time of booking.

2. When using the BINGTRIP International Platform member services, Users agree to accept various information services provided by the BINGTRIP International Platform, including but not limited to SMS, message pushes, PC-side advertisements, WeChat Official Account (and future new media, etc.) service and marketing information, collectively referred to as "BINGTRIP International Platform Services" or "Platform Services".

3. In the process of operating and managing the Platform, BINGTRIP International Platform may, based on the need to expand platform business, provide new platform services, thereby introducing new cooperative entities. If you use new platform services, you are deemed to have agreed that the newly added cooperative entities will jointly perform this Agreement with you. In the event of a dispute, you may determine the entity performing the obligations with you and the counterparty to the dispute based on the specific services you use and the specific actor affecting your rights.

4. Platform Role: BINGTRIP acts as a technical service platform, providing a connection between travel service providers such as airlines and hotels (hereinafter referred to as "Service Providers") and Users. The travel service contracts for air tickets, hotels, etc., that you conclude through the Platform are formed directly between you and the Service Provider. BINGTRIP is responsible for providing platform technology, supporting the booking process, and processing payments, but does not assume contractual responsibility for the travel experience itself provided by the Service Provider. The information displayed on the Platform is provided by the Service Providers; while we exercise reasonable care, we do not guarantee its accuracy.

III. Service Description, User Information, and Payment 1.Our company provides services to Users through the BINGTRIP International Platform operating system via the international Internet.

2.The User knows and agrees to the following matters:

(1)To provide timely, detailed, true, and accurate user identity information during registration, including but not limited to your real name or company name, contact information, fax, mobile phone number, ID card, business license, and other permits, so that the BINGTRIP International Platform can contact you promptly.

(2)BINGTRIP verifies the authenticity of user identity information as required by national laws and regulations. If the identity information you provide is untrue or incomplete, you may be unable to use this platform, face restrictions during use, or have services suspended (terminated). Meanwhile, any adverse consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by you.

(3)BINGTRIP has the right to store the identity information you provide when registering and using the platform services. Except as required by laws and regulations, BINGTRIP will not disclose this information to third parties without your permission. BINGTRIP adopts professional encryption storage and transmission methods for relevant identity information and uses reasonable measures to ensure the security of user information.

(4)To cooperate with administrative supervision authorities and judicial authorities in the execution of their duties, within the scope prescribed by law, BINGTRIP has the right to provide the aforementioned administrative and judicial authorities with relevant identity information stored when you use this website, or to use relevant identity information for evidence preservation, including but not limited to notarization, witnessing, etc

(5)In cases where the law clearly requires BINGTRIP, as a platform service provider, to verify part of the user identity information, BINGTRIP will, from time to time, check and verify your identity information in accordance with the law. You shall cooperate by providing the latest, true, complete, and valid identity information. If BINGTRIP attempts to contact you using the last identity information you provided and fails, if you fail to provide identity information promptly as required by BINGTRIP, if the identity information you provide is obviously untrue, or if administrative or judicial authorities verify that the identity information you provided is invalid, you shall bear all losses and adverse consequences resulting therefrom to yourself, others, and BINGTRIP. BINGTRIP may issue a notice of inquiry or request for rectification to you and require you to undergo re-authentication, up to and including suspending or terminating part or all of the BINGTRIP platform services provided to you. BINGTRIP shall not be liable for this.

3. When registering as a user of the BINGTRIP Platform, Users shall independently determine according to law whether they need to apply for market entity registration. If registration is required, it shall be handled promptly.

4. Payment Terms: (1) Payment Obligation: You agree to pay the full fee for the selected air tickets, hotels, and other products. You authorize us to deduct the full order amount from your designated payment method when you confirm the booking. (2) Payment Processing: Your payment will be processed by our designated payment service provider. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and valid. (3) Prices: The total price you pay will include the product price, applicable taxes, and service fees. Any pricing errors or obvious misprints on the platform are not binding, and we have the right to cancel bookings resulting from such errors and provide a full refund.

IV. Payment and Refund Terms 1. Payment 1.1 Payment Obligation: When you complete a booking, you agree to pay the full fee for the selected travel experience (including air tickets, hotels, etc.), as well as all applicable taxes and service fees. 1.2 Prepayment Policy: All bookings completed through the BINGTRIP Platform require "payment in full" at the time of booking. You authorize BINGTRIP to deduct the full order amount from your designated payment method when you confirm the booking. This payment will be used to ensure your booking is confirmed. 1.3 Payment Processing: Your payment will be processed by the payment service provider designated by BINGTRIP. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide (such as credit card number, expiration date, etc.) is accurate, valid, and that you have sufficient funds or credit limit to complete the payment. 1.4 Currency Conversion: If the default currency of your payment instrument is different from the settlement currency, your card issuer or payment service provider may charge a currency conversion fee. BINGTRIP may offer you the option to "Pay in your local currency". If you choose this service:

  • The exchange rate will be determined when the total amount is displayed on the settlement page
  • Any fees that may be incurred for this service are either included in the exchange rate or listed as a separate item in the total price.
  • This service is provided primarily by BINGTRIP; the service supplier is not involved in this process.

1.5 Payment Security: You are responsible for any payment failures and resulting booking issues (such as automatic order cancellation) caused by errors in the payment information you provided, insufficient account balance, or any other reason attributable to you. If you discover or suspect that your payment instrument has been used fraudulently or without authorization, please contact your payment service provider immediately.

2. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

2.1 Change and Cancellation Policy: Whether you can change or cancel a booking, and whether relevant fees apply, "depends entirely on the policy explicitly stated by the product provider (airline or hotel, etc.)" at the time of your booking. The BINGTRIP Platform, as a technical support party, will assist you in submitting change or cancellation requests to the product provider but cannot guarantee that the requests will be accepted.

2.2 Refund Process:

  • Refund Eligibility and Amount: Whether you are eligible for a refund and the refund amount are "determined solely and exclusively by the product provider (airline or hotel, etc.)" based on their policy. BINGTRIP does not independently decide refund eligibility or amount.
  • Refund Operation: Only after receiving formal confirmation of the refund and the corresponding funds from the product provider will BINGTRIP initiate the refund process, returning the funds to your original payment account.
  • Refund Time: The specific time for the refund to be credited to your account depends on the processing cycle of your card issuer or payment service provider, usually taking 5 to 15 business days. BINGTRIP cannot control or guarantee the specific arrival time.

2.3 Refund Exceptions: For situations where an order is forcibly cancelled due to your violation of platform rules or supplier policies (e.g., ticket orders identified as Violative Seat Holding, Hidden City/Throwaway Ticketing, etc.), related refunds will be strictly handled according to the supplier's penalty rules, and you may not be eligible for a refund.

V. User Conduct Standards 1. When using BINGTRIP Platform services, Users must comply with the relevant national laws and regulations, IATA regulations, airline regulations, industry practices, and various rules and regulations of BINGTRIP. 2. Users agree not to use the service for any illegal or improper activities, such as uploading, displaying, posting, disseminating, or otherwise transmitting information containing the following content:

(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;

(3) Harming national honor and interests;

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;

(5) Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

(6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crime;

(8) Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legal rights of others;

(9)Containing false, harmful, coercive, invasive of another's privacy, harassing, infringing, libelous, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally objectionable content;

(10) Publishing any content that infringes upon the privacy, personal information, copyright, trademark rights, or other intellectual property or legal rights of others;

(11) Containing other content restricted or prohibited by laws, regulations, rules, decrees, or any legally effective norms.

3. Users shall not use BINGTRIP Platform services for any illegal purpose, such as engaging in the following activities using the BINGTRIP Platform:

(1) Accessing computer information networks or using computer information network resources without permission; deleting, modifying, or adding to computer information network functions without permission; deleting, modifying, or adding to data and applications stored, processed, or transmitted in computer information networks without permission; intentionally creating or disseminating computer viruses and other destructive programs; other actions endangering the security of computer information networks.

(2) Making any commercial use of any data on the BINGTRIP Platform unrelated to the cooperation between the two parties, including but not limited to using materials displayed on the BINGTRIP Platform website by means of copying, dissemination, etc., without the prior written consent of our company.

(3) Using any device, software, routine, or other means to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of BINGTRIP or any transaction or activity being conducted on the BINGTRIP Platform, or taking any action that would impose an unreasonable load on BINGTRIP Platform equipment.

(4) Engaging in unfair competition practices that violate the principle of good faith, or maliciously placing orders or engaging in false transactions, or other malicious acts that disrupt the transaction order of the BINGTRIP International Platform.

(5) Other illegal or non-compliant actions that cause damage to the BINGTRIP Platform.

4. If a User's conduct does not comply with the service terms mentioned above, our company will make an independent judgment and immediately cancel the user's service account based on the severity of the actual situation. Users are legally responsible for their actions within the service. If Users disseminate or spread reactionary, pornographic, or other information that violates national laws within the service, the platform will record this promptly and it may be used as evidence of the user's violation of the law.

5. If a User's activities on the BINGTRIP Platform involve taxation, they must pay taxes according to law; otherwise, they shall bear the responsibility themselves.

VI. Intellectual Property 1. Once you accept the terms of this Agreement, it indicates that you irrevocably and exclusively transfer, free of charge, the copyright of any information published on this platform, including but not limited to: the right of reproduction, distribution, rental, exhibition, performance, projection, broadcasting, information network dissemination, cinematography, adaptation, translation, compilation, and other transferable rights that should be enjoyed by the copyright owner, to BINGTRIP. Simultaneously, it indicates that the User licenses BINGTRIP the right to file lawsuits independently against any infringing party and receive full compensation. 2. This Agreement constitutes a written agreement for the transfer of copyright property rights and other rights as stipulated by copyright-related laws, and its effect extends to any content protected by copyright law published by the User on BINGTRIP, regardless of whether the content was created before or after the signing of this Agreement. 3. You agree and clearly understand the above terms, undertake not to publish information already published on this platform in any form or authorize other websites and media (except BINGTRIP affiliate websites) to use it. Meanwhile, BINGTRIP reserves the right to delete various types of information on the site that do not comply with regulations without notifying the User. 4. Unless otherwise mandatory provided by law, no unit or individual may, without the explicit prior written permission of BINGTRIP, copy, reprint, quote, link, capture, or use in any other way the information content of this website in whole or in part illegally. Otherwise, BINGTRIP has the right to pursue its legal liability. 5. The data and information published on this website (such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, sound clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software) are the property of BINGTRIP or its content providers and are protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this website is the exclusive property of BINGTRIP and is protected by international copyright laws. All software on this website is the property of BINGTRIP, its affiliates, or its software suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

VII. User Account, Password, and Security 1. You confirm that before successfully registering and using the BINGTRIP Platform, you should have the civil capacity commensurate with your actions as stipulated by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you do not have the aforementioned civil capacity commensurate with your actions, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences resulting therefrom in accordance with the law. Additionally, you must ensure that you are not subject to trade restrictions, sanctions, or other legal or regulatory restrictions imposed by any country, international organization, or region, otherwise you may not be able to register and use BINGTRIP Platform services normally. 2. Once you successfully register as a user of the BINGTRIP Platform, you will receive a password and an account. You can log in, query, correct, and delete your account information at any time, modify personal data, privacy settings, security settings, etc. 3. Given the special nature of network services, the Platform has no obligation to verify whether it is you personally using the set of username and password, but only verifies whether the username and password match those stored in the database. At all times, you are the sole legitimate entity authorized to use the BINGTRIP Platform account and receive BINGTRIP Platform services. Please keep your password properly and do not disclose it to others. All losses caused by improper password keeping shall be borne by you. Anyone who enters a username and password that matches those stored in the database can log in and use the various services provided by the BINGTRIP Platform using that set of username and password. Therefore, even if you believe that your account login was not performed by you, BINGTRIP will not bear any responsibility arising therefrom. 4. If the identity information provided during registration is inconsistent with the identity information corresponding to the payment account (channel) used during formal transactions and payment completion, the corresponding legally effective civil law subjects of the two sets of identity information (including but not limited to the owner of the mobile phone number, the subject of the email account, the person registered at the IP address during payment or confirmation of the registration agreement, privacy policy, and booking rules, etc.) shall jointly bear joint and several liability. 5. You enjoy rights and assume responsibilities according to law for the activities, actions, and events conducted through your account, and shall not transfer the account in any form, authorize others to use your account, or trade the account with others. 6. If you do not log in to the BINGTRIP Platform for more than 12 consecutive natural months, it will be deemed an inactive account. To protect the security of your account, BINGTRIP has the right to classify such an account as an "inactive account" and subject it to temporary supervision or revoke its usage rights. 7. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account to log in to the BINGTRIP Platform or any other situation that may lead to the theft or loss of your account, it is recommended that you notify us immediately. You understand that any action taken by BINGTRIP in response to your request requires a reasonable time, and the actions taken by BINGTRIP at your request may not avoid or prevent the formation or expansion of infringement consequences. Except where the BINGTRIP Platform has statutory fault, BINGTRIP shall not be liable.

VIII. Passenger Notices Please ensure that the passenger identity, physical condition, age, and other conditions provided in the order information submitted on the BINGTRIP Platform comply with the suitability for air travel as stipulated by each airline, including but not limited to the following situations: 1. Persons unsuitable for air travel (e.g., critically ill patients)

(1) Patients with cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, patients with severe anemia, patients with ear and nose diseases, passengers with large-area trauma should not fly. (2) Patients who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery generally cannot fly within ten days after surgery. (3) Patients with digestive tract bleeding can only fly three weeks after the bleeding stops. (4) Patients with infectious diseases cannot fly during the national stipulated isolation period. Among them, patients with chickenpox cannot fly until the affected areas have healed. (5) Patients with respiratory system diseases, such as pulmonary emphysema, pulmonary heart disease, etc., may have their condition worsened during the flight due to gas expansion if they have pneumothorax, pulmonary bullae, etc., as they are unsuited to the environment. (6) Patients with cerebrovascular diseases, such as cerebral embolism, cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumors, are prohibited from flying because the roar, vibration, and hypoxia during takeoff and landing can aggravate their condition. (7) Patients with acute exudative inflammation of the ears and nose, and patients who have recently undergone middle ear surgery should not travel by air. (8) Patients with mental illnesses, such as epilepsy and various psychiatric patients, are unsuitable for air travel. If there are special circumstances, you must consult a doctor after symptoms are controlled before considering air travel.

2. Persons who should fly with caution

(1) Infants: Infants aged 14 days to 2 years old can purchase infant tickets. Separate infant tickets cannot be submitted online temporarily. If needed, you can directly call our company's service number 021-51618888. (2) Pregnant women: There are certain restrictions for pregnant women flying. Please inform your doctor of your travel plans in a timely manner before planning your trip, obtain the doctor's consent, and obtain a fit-to-fly certificate. (3) Elderly passengers: Airlines require elderly passengers above a specified age to provide health proof materials required by the airline upon check-in, proving that their physical condition meets the requirements for air travel. For specific regulations, please refer to the official announcements of each airline.

IX. Passenger Travel Status (Special Fares) Select the corresponding status of the passenger. The system will provide you with the corresponding price based on the passenger type you provide. Whether your status is international student, new immigrant, laborer, or child, if you are willing to accept the price for the "Ordinary" passenger type, you can book this price. For differences in booking methods and seat allocation between special passenger types and ordinary passengers, and whether specific regulations apply, please refer to the official announcements of each airline.

X. Visa and One-Way Ticket Restrictions 1. Visa: When booking international air tickets, passengers need to apply for entry and transit visas in advance according to the policies of the exit/entry and transit countries; otherwise, they will be unable to travel. Due to the diversity and complexity of the foreign policies of sovereign states, BINGTRIP has no obligation to verify whether passengers hold relevant travel visas and similar documents, unless such documents are essential items that must be provided in the service. 2. One-Way Ticket Purchase Restrictions: Generally, only long-term student visas, immigrant visas, long-term work visas valid for more than one year, and other similar visa types are eligible to purchase one-way tickets. Other short-term visas for business and tourism must purchase round-trip tickets; otherwise, due to policy restrictions of the destination country, you will be unable to complete check-in and exit procedures. Please be sure to confirm and verify before purchasing a one-way ticket. 3. For other matters not covered here, please refer to and follow the "BINGTRIP International Air Ticket Distribution Platform Booking Rules" during the subsequent booking process.

XI. Service Fulfillment, Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds 1. Service Fulfillment: The actual provision of travel services is entirely the responsibility of the Service Provider (airline, hotel, etc.). 2. Changes and Cancellations: Whether your request for changes or cancellation is accepted and any related fees depend entirely on the policy of the Service Provider. You need to submit the application through the platform or by contacting the customer service center. We will assist in communication but cannot guarantee success. 3. Refunds: Refund eligibility and amount depend entirely on the policy of the Service Provider. If eligible, the refund will be returned to your original payment account. Processing time depends on your card issuer or payment service provider.

XII. Limitation of Liability 1. Our company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from: improper use of BINGTRIP Platform services, illegal use of the service, or alterations to information transmitted by the user. These damages may harm our company's image, hence we have already indicated the possibility of such damages. 2. Circumstances where liability is not excluded or limited: Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for fraud. 3. Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BINGTRIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (such as loss of profits, data loss, travel interruption losses, etc.). Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total fee you paid for the relevant booking. 4. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any losses or itinerary changes directly caused by events beyond the reasonable control of us or the Service Providers (such as natural disasters, war, terrorist attacks, epidemics, government actions, strikes, cyber attacks, flight delays/cancellations due to weather, etc.). 5. If an air ticket procurement order submitted by a User on the BINGTRIP Platform leads to penalties or fines (including but not limited to ADM fines, etc., same meaning throughout) from the corresponding airline for any reason (such as ticket procurement order non-compliance, etc.), the User shall bear the full amount independently, and it shall have nothing to do with BINGTRIP; if this causes any loss to the Platform, the Platform has the right to seek recovery from the User according to law, that is, the right to take measures including but not limited to freezing, deducting, retaining, offsetting, reissuing on behalf of, or initiating lawsuits against the User's account and its associated (the User agrees that the determination standard shall be based on BINGTRIP's criteria, including but not limited to real-name registration information, associated enterprises, shareholders with participation/control, wholly or partially identical directors, supervisors, senior management, same IP address, payment accounts, QQ, phone numbers, etc., the same below) account funds, taking measures such as refunding unused tickets without refund, etc., and the right to use the frozen or detained funds in the User's account and its associated accounts to compensate for losses to the Supplier, passengers, and/or the Platform, etc., the same below. If the User is an enterprise, its legal representative voluntarily assumes joint and several liability for such losses. 6. In subsequent cooperation, if a User cooperates with BINGTRIP as a Platform Purchaser and simultaneously engages in or switches to being a Platform Supplier, the User, in addition to complying with the corresponding regulations for Platform Suppliers, shall have their two identity real-name registration information complement each other and bear joint and several liability for various legal responsibilities. 7. In subsequent cooperation, if a User cooperates with BINGTRIP as a Platform Supplier and simultaneously engages in or switches to being a Platform Purchaser, the User, in addition to complying with the corresponding regulations for Platform Purchasers, shall have their two identity real-name registration information complement each other and bear joint and several liability for various legal responsibilities. 8. BINGTRIP is well aware that major airlines impose very strict penalties for non-compliant ticket procurement orders. Therefore, the Platform reminds you: Before submitting a ticket procurement order on the BINGTRIP Platform, you must inform the passenger about the knowledge and legal consequences of ticket procurement order non-compliance through reasonable means, and must sign a written agreement with the passenger regarding the legal responsibility for ticket procurement order non-compliance. Once you submit a ticket procurement order on the BINGTRIP Platform, it is deemed that you and the passenger have reached a written agreement. The relevant legal responsibilities are specified in Article XVIII.3 of this Agreement.

XIII. Handling of Non-compliant Bookings 1. If there are non-compliant operational acts such as Hidden City Ticketing, Churning, Point Beyond, etc. (the User agrees that the determination result shall be based on the airline's assessment, and the BINGTRIP International Platform is not responsible for explanation or providing evidence), BINGTRIP and the corresponding cooperative supplier of the ticket have the right to directly cancel the order. 2. BINGTRIP has the right to require Users to provide, including but not limited to, guarantee letters and security deposits, based on the needs of platform transaction security, to ensure the accuracy, security, and legality of User bookings. 3. For orders that have been ticketed, the User agrees that once the airline determines a violation (such as Hidden City Ticketing, Churning, Point Beyond, etc.; the User agrees that the determination result shall be based on the airline's assessment, and the Platform is not responsible for explanation or providing evidence), BINGTRIP will directly process it as a refund without reimbursement. If this leads to the airline issuing a fine, the User shall bear any losses. If this causes any loss to BINGTRIP, the Platform has the right to seek recovery from the User. 4. Once BINGTRIP has sufficient evidence (including but not limited to electronic information, airline proof, certification by third-party authoritative institutions, etc.) to determine that non-compliant behavior (including but not limited to Hidden City Ticketing, Churning, Point Beyond, etc.) has caused the airline to issue a fine, or once it receives a fine issued by the relevant responsible carrier airline for the ticket procured by the Purchaser, or other situations of actual loss with basis for compensation, BINGTRIP has the right to take actions including but not limited to freezing or temporarily deducting funds, refunding tickets without notice and without refund, etc., for all associated accounts of the non-compliant User. 5. If the ticket procured by the User leads to the corresponding carrier airline or its agent issuing a fine, the User irrevocably agrees and provides written authorization for BINGTRIP to appeal to the airline and its agent on their behalf and voluntarily accepts the final appeal outcome (the Platform does not promise the success of the final appeal). 6. The User agrees that BINGTRIP will directly adopt the determination standards or corresponding penalty measures (including but not limited to issuing ADM fines, etc.) made by the airline regarding the User's ticket procurement orders on the platform, including but not limited to determinations such as Hidden City Ticketing, Churning, Point Beyond, etc., and is not responsible for explaining or proving. If you believe the airline's determination standards or penalty measures are unreasonable or illegal, you have the right to assert your rights with the airline yourself. However, before you assert your rights with the airline, you have the obligation to first bear any losses incurred by the BINGTRIP Platform due to the aforementioned airline determination of your non-compliant behavior in accordance with this User Registration Agreement and the "BINGTRIP Air Ticket Booking Rules" (see Article I of this Agreement). 7. For other matters not covered here, please refer to and follow the "BINGTRIP International Air Ticket Distribution Platform Booking Rules" during the subsequent booking process.

XIV. Account Cancellation (Termination of User Services) 1. The User or our company may terminate the service at any time based on the actual situation. Our company may interrupt the service at any time without being liable to any individual or third party. 2. If the User objects to any service term suggestion, disagrees with subsequent term modifications, or is dissatisfied with the service, the User only has the following recourse rights:

(1) Cease using BINGTRIP Platform services. (2) Terminate the User's eligibility to use BINGTRIP Platform services. (3) Notify our company to stop the User's service. After the User's service is terminated, the User's right to use BINGTRIP Platform services immediately ceases. From then on, our company no longer has any obligations to the User.

XV. Modification of the Agreement 1. The BINGTRIP Platform will modify the service terms when necessary. Users should regularly log in to this page and other relevant pages to understand the latest agreement content. 2. The modified agreement and rules will be announced on the BINGTRIP Platform for seven days. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to contact BINGTRIP to provide feedback before the effective date of the changes. If the feedback is adopted, the Platform will adjust the changes accordingly. 3. If you still disagree with the effective changes, you should stop using the BINGTRIP Platform services from the effective date of the changes, and the changes will not be effective against you; if you continue to use the BINGTRIP Platform services after the changes take effect, you are deemed to have agreed to the effective changes.

XVI. Termination of the Agreement 1. You have the right to terminate this Agreement in the following ways:

(1) When the conditions or procedures for account cancellation on the BINGTRIP Platform are met, you cancel your account by contacting BINGTRIP customer service; (2) You stop using the service and expressly refuse to accept the changes before they take effect; (3) You clearly indicate that you are unwilling to continue using the BINGTRIP Platform services and meet the termination conditions of the BINGTRIP Platform.

2. BINGTRIP has the right to terminate this Agreement based on the following circumstances:

(1) You violate the terms of this Agreement and refuse to rectify; (2) You violate the "BINGTRIP International Air Ticket Distribution Platform Procurement Guidelines" and refuse to rectify; (3) You disrupt the normal operation of the BINGTRIP Platform and refuse to rectify; (4) Your actions cause damage to the legitimate rights and interests of BINGTRIP; (5) Other circumstances where service should be terminated.

3. Handling after Agreement Termination

(1) Unless clearly required by law, the BINGTRIP Platform has no obligation to disclose any information in your account to you or any third party you designate. (2) BINGTRIP has the right to determine, within the scope permitted by law, the maximum storage period for user data and user logs on this website and service, and allocate the maximum storage space for data on its servers, etc., based on actual circumstances. (3) We reserve the right to pursue you for past breaches of contract in accordance with this Agreement.

XVII. Force Majeure 1. You fully understand and agree that the services provided by our company to you based on this Agreement involve Internet and mobile communication services, which may be affected by unstable factors in various links. 2. BINGTRIP needs to regularly or irregularly inspect or maintain the platform providing network services or related equipment. If network service is interrupted within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, BINGTRIP shall not bear any responsibility, but BINGTRIP will provide prior notice whenever possible. Therefore, for any loss caused to you due to force majeure, computer viruses or hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, communication lines, or other reasons beyond BINGTRIP's prediction or control, resulting in risks of service interruption, cancellation, or termination, BINGTRIP shall not be liable for compensation.

XVIII. Notice and Delivery 1. When registering as a user of the BINGTRIP Platform and accepting BINGTRIP Platform services, you should provide BINGTRIP with true and effective contact methods (including your entity identity information, email address, QQ, contact phone number, contact address, etc.). If contact methods change, you have the obligation to update the relevant information promptly and maintain a contactable status. 2. BINGTRIP will deliver various notices to you through one or several of the above contact methods. The content of such notices may have significant favorable or unfavorable effects on your rights and obligations. Please be sure to pay timely attention. 3. You have the right to receive advertising information, promotional offers, and other commercial information that may interest you through the mobile phone number or email address filled in during registration; if you are unwilling to receive such information, you have the right to unsubscribe through the unsubscribe function. 4. Notices sent by BINGTRIP to you through the above contact methods, wherein written notices sent electronically include but are not limited to announcements on the BINGTRIP Platform, system messages, and inner-site messages, SMS sent to the contact phone number you provided, emails sent to the email address you provided, messages sent to the QQ number you provided, are deemed delivered upon successful sending; written notices sent via physical carriers are deemed delivered on the date recorded in the courier company's delivery log (if rejected or undeliverable due to invalid address, the fifth natural day after posting to the provided contact address is deemed delivered). 5. For any disputes arising from cooperation on the BINGTRIP Platform, you agree that judicial authorities of the Republic of Singapore may serve legal documents (including but not limited to litigation documents) to you via modern communication methods such as mobile phone SMS, email, QQ, or WeChat, or by mail. The mobile phone number, email address, QQ, or WeChat account you designate to receive legal documents are the contact methods you provided when registering on the BINGTRIP Platform. Service of legal documents to the above contact methods is deemed delivered. The mailing address you designate is your legal contact address or the valid contact address you provided. 6. You agree that judicial authorities may adopt one or more of the above delivery methods to send legal documents to you. The delivery time shall be based on the earliest delivery among the above methods. 7. You agree that the above delivery methods apply to all stages of judicial proceedings. If litigation proceedings are entered, including but not limited to first instance, second instance, retrial, execution, and supervision procedure, etc. 8. You shall ensure that the contact information provided is accurate and valid, and update it in real-time. If legal documents cannot be delivered or are not delivered timely due to inaccurate contact information provided or failure to inform changed contact information promptly, you shall bear the possible legal consequences yourself.

XIX. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Others

1. Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

2. Dispute Resolution: Both parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, you and we irrevocably agree to submit the dispute to the courts of the Republic of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

3. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Special Reminder: Before submitting a ticket order on the BINGTRIP Platform, you must remind and inform the passenger of the relevant content of this Agreement through reasonable means and reach a written agreement with them. Once you submit a ticket procurement order on the BINGTRIP Platform, it is deemed that you and the passenger have reached a written agreement. If BINGTRIP suffers losses such as airline penalties or fines due to the ticket order not complying with this Agreement and the "BINGTRIP International Air Ticket Distribution Platform Procurement Guidelines", you shall be solely responsible. After you have borne the legal responsibility, you have the right to seek recovery from the passenger according to law at any time. During the recovery process, the BINGTRIP Platform will provide cooperation.
